A10 From Cambridge Direction

Approach Royston on the A10 from Cambridge. At the roundabout just before Royston go straight on. Do not turn right onto bypass. Continue on this road over the next roundabout and through all the traffic lights and the double mini-roundabout by the town hall car park. At the next large roundabout (about 100 yards further on) go straight on here until the road forks left and right. The left fork is signposted Barley and Barkway and the right hand fork is signed Hertford (A10). Take the right hand fork and stay in the right hand lane. About 300 yards further on at the Zebra crossing turn right again. The Market Square will now be on your left. Take the second left hand turn (the first turn is marked No Entry anyway) into Fish Hill. Our funeral home is the second building on the right in Fish Hill and is clearly marked Newlings of Royston Funeral Service. Drive through the metal gates on the right hand side of the building and park at the rear. Walk round to the front door.

A10 From London & Hertford Direction

Travel to Royston on the AlO from Hertford. As you come down the hill into the town bear right at the bottom. The Market Square will now be on your left. Take the second left hand turn (the first turn is marked No Entry anyway) into Fish Hill. Our funeral home is the second building on the right in Fish Hill and is clearly marked Newlings of Royston Funeral Service. Drive through the metal gates on the right hand side of the building and park at the rear. Walk round to the front door.

A505 From Stevenage and Baldock

Approach Royston on the A505 and take the bypass to the left. At the next roundabout (Tesco's is on your right) turn right onto Old North Road. Continue on this road over the railway bridge, through the traffic lights and over the mini roundabouts. At the traffic lights at the next T-junction turn left. The church will be on your right and at the next roundabout turn right. When the road forks left and right (left to Barley and Barkway and the right to Hertford), take the right and fork and stay in the right hand lane. Directions to Cambridge City Crematorium

Travelling from the South

Travel to Cambridge on the M11 (north) ignoring the exits for Cambridge itself. Continue on the M11 around Cambridge until the Motorway ends and merges with the A14. The crematorium is just beyond this junction on the left hand side. Before the turning into the crematorium is a stretch of red tarmac on which lorries park so the turning may be obscured. Be aware that you need to be in the left hand lane of the 3 lane road ready for turning into the crematorium.

Travelling from the North

The crematorium is on the westbound carriage way of the A14. Travelling east take the A14 signed Newmarket at the point where the M11 begins. Once on this road get into the right hand lane and look for a sign to your right directing you to American Cemetery and Cremtorium. Turn right on to this slip road and continue bearing right. DO NOT take the turning for the American Cemetery but continue until you rejoin the westbound carriage of the A14. Stay in the left hand lane. The entrance to the crematorium is approximately quarter of a mile further on the left. Before the turning into the crematorium is a stretch of red tarmac on which lorries park so the turning may be obscured. Be aware that you need to be in the left hand lane of the 3 lane road ready for turning into the crematorium.
