For clients for whom cost is an issue or for those who are simply looking for a practical yet inexpensive coffin our Simple Basic Coffin may be the answer. It is constructed of MDF over which is laid a foil veneer in a wood grain design. Available without handles, as illustrated, or with four handles at no additional cost. |

The Canterbury Coffin
For customers looking for a veneered coffin with a little more detail in the design we offer The Canterbury. This coffin has pressed panelled sides and a raised panel on the lid giving it a slightly more impressive profile. Again it is available in three veneers – Oak, Elm or Sapele. |

The Tudor Rose Coffin
More delicately detailed than the Canterbury coffin, the Tudor Rose is very popular with clients looking for a panelled coffin for a lady. Available in two different veneers – Oak or Sapele. If preferred this coffin can also be provided at a higher price in solid oak or sapele. |

The Last Supper Coffin
A veneered stained coffin with routed panels and ‘The Last Supper’ insert on both sides. Available with either a flat lid or a raised lid panel in stained dark stained oak or sapele.

The Pine Coffin
Made from prime quality Scandinavian pine with matching mouldings on lid and base, this is the least expensive of our solid wood coffins. Handles can be fitted if required but many clients prefer this coffin without handles at all.

The Windsor
An attractive solid wood coffin similar in style to the veneered Chiltern. Finished to a high standard this coffin is available in Oak, African Walnut or Utile.

The Cavendish
A solid wood coffin with routed side panels (routed end panels available as an additional option) and a raised lid panel. Available in Oak, African Walnut and Utile.

The Cambridge
The most detailed of our solid coffin range, The Cambridge comes with panelled sides and ends, triple mouldings on lid and base and a raised lid panel. The lid can be hinged if required. The coffin comes complete with a high quality satin lining, a satin pillow and a satin quilt. Available in solid Oak or solid Utile. |

The Crindon
For customers who would prefer a casket rather than a shaped coffin we are pleased to be able to offer a variety of styles. The Crindon is the least expensive of these and is supplied with double moulding on lid and base and a raised lid panel (lid can be hinged if required). Available in Oak veneer or Sapele veneer.

The Longdon
Slightly more detailed than the Crindon casket, the Longdon is available either in either a veneered finish or in solid wood. The choice is yours. The sides of the casket have a single routed panel with matching routed ends. The lid has a raised centre panel for added detail. Corner posts are also fitted. The casket is supplied with a high quality satin lining, pillow and quilt. Available in Oak, Utile and Sapele.

The Aston
A traditional English casket with raised panels and the sides and lid and fitted with solid corner posts. This casket is lined throughout (including the inside of the lid) with satin and includes a matching pillow and quilt. Available in solid Oak or solid Utile.

Woven Coffins
In a departure from the traditional coffin we are pleased to be able to offer a range of woven coffins. These are very popular with those customers planning a woodland burial but are equally suitable for burial in a cemetery or churchyard or for cremation.

Bamboo
Bamboo is one of the worlds fastest growing plants and is therefore a easily renewable ‘green’ resource. These woven coffins, which are suitable for either burial or cremation, are supplied with a simple undyed cotton cambric shroud. Two styles are available – Plain weave or Lattice weave. |

Water Hyacinth and Banana Leaf
The manufacturer of these coffins has found a novel and very ‘green’ way of making use of two readily available natural materials. These attractive coffins are woven around a wooden frame which gives them both rigidity and stability. Available in a variety of styles. |

The Traditional Willow Coffin Being mindful of environmental concerns we are proud
to offer the Winter Willow coffin, which is made here in Cambridge by a non-
Constructed entirely by hand by skilled weavers in the workshops of Winter Comfort, a local charity supporting the homeless in Cambridge, using willow sourced from the Somerset Plains, its Carbon Footprint is minimal. This makes the Winter Willow coffin one of the most environmentally sound solutions to your coffin needs.
The coffin is supplied double lined with both a waterproof outer liner and an inner cotton shroud.
The name plate for the coffin, which is also hand made can also is supplied at an additional cost. |

Cardboard
Plain brown cardboard coffins are available for those wanting the simplest of simple coffins. If you would prefer a colour or a specific design printed onto the cardboard this can also be arranged. |

The styles and colours of coffins you can now choose from is almost unlimited. If you are looking for something unusual or possibly unique we can call on a number of manufacturers who, between them, are able to offer a vast choice of designs or even make a coffin to your own shape or specifications. The price of these coffins will vary depending on the materials to be used and the work involved in their manufacture.
